Community Home Sales was established in May of 2003, to meet the demand for affordable housing in their communities but financing for these homes was hard to obtain. So they not only started a sales center but also established in-house financing. The response has been overwhelming. Literally, hundreds of families have been able to fulfill the American dream of home ownership through the sales and financing of Community Home Sales.

IHS's part in helping Community Home Sales was to develop a website that would include all three of their housing communities as well as their in-house sales and financing departments.  Basically we had to create four sites into one, the hardest part in this was making the navigation clear.  The end results provided all three communities a central place to display their website and homes for sale.
